What size are the fragrances?
Raven and Lilith are both available in 50 ml Eau de Parfum bottles.
How long does delivery take?
Greater Accra may receive same-day delivery. Other Ghana locations generally take 1–3 business days. UAE delivery generally takes 1–3 business days.
Can I return an opened perfume?
Opened fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Wrong, damaged, or defective items may qualify for replacement.
How quickly should I report a damaged order?
Please contact Esmmy Luxury within 48 hours and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Which currencies can I view?
The website displays prices in USD, Ghanaian cedis, and UAE dirhams. USD is selected by default.
